I want to go back in time and fix all the wrong doings!
Fix all those words which caused a fight between my parents,
Fix my behavior that upset my mother,
Fix all those acts that hurt my sibling!
I really want to go back just to fix the world around me, and more importantly the memories for future me.
Looking back at it I do realise that however much I try,
I’d never be able to fix that because what would a five year old understand?
The words that caused fights between my parents weren’t mine.
The brain that saw my behavior to be wrong, wasn’t mine.
The hands that hurt my sibling weren’t mine.
But, if I could fix something I’d definitely love to fix my parents’ childhood and their parents’ childhood and so on and so forth!
